Blueberries and Banana Muffins


With the richness and nutritious factor of blueberries, it is a great meal for breakfast.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 Cup blueberries
1/2 Cup raw sugar
1teaspoon baking powder
Salt, to taste
1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1 Tablespoon ground flax
2 Tablespoons olive oil

Directions
First, preheat your oven at 375 degrees F.
Line the muffin tray with paper liners. Take a large bowl and mix all the listed ingredients, excluding blueberries. Blend together until the mixture is firm. At the end fold in the berries. Take a spoonful of the prepared mixture and fill each muffin liner.
Bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
