1 pack of cooking chocolate per batch
Some cornflakes or rice krispies cereal
mini eggs (the Easter ones)
Fill a pan full of hot water and put on a hot ring.
Break up the chocolate in to a big plastic cooking bowl and place on top of the pan of water.
Add a small cap full of milk into the bowl of chocolate.
Leave the bowl full of chocolate above the pan for a few seconds to melt a bit, then stir and repeat until all the chocolate is melted.
Then remove the bowl of chocolate from above the pan and pour the pan of water into the sink.
Then add about two hand fulls of cornflakes into the bowl of chocolate and stir until it's just a bowl of chocolate corn flakes.
Then spoon the chocolate cornflakes into cupcake cases.
Finally put them in the fridge to set until they are hard.
