Chocolate Oreo Topping Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch baking soda
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 cup hot water

- 5 Oreo cookies
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder twice for a smoother cake texture.
In another bowl or measuring cup, stir the instant coffee into the hot water until dissolved. Add the condensed milk and mix well.
Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the butter mixture. Slowly pour in the coffee mixture and stir until the batter is smooth.
Grease and flour a cake pan or baking dish. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes
Allow the cake to cool completely before decorating.

In a bowl, mix the fresh cream and powdered sugar together until smooth.
