Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 table spoon baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cocoa (sweetened is okay)
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together eggs and sugar until they become a white creamy mixture. Add vanilla extract, baking powder, milk, and the veggie oil. Mix for only 10 seconds, on "1" or very low (if you are using mixer.) Add the flour and cocoa, and mix thoroughly until no bubbles. Put in the oven at 350 degrees, and pour into pan. Bake until light brown, and after toothpick testing, toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool for about 5-9 minutes. Frost or decorate, and ENJOY!!!!
