INGREDIENTS.
1 packet of ground turkey breast
2 eggs
2 salad onions, diced small
1/2 red bell pepper, diced small
1 lime, juiced and zest
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp white pepper
1tsp fresh garlic
1/4 tsp red chilli flakes
METHOD
Add all the the ingredients to a large bowl and mix until well combined.
Scoop 1Tbsp of Turkey mixture into your hands to make a patty shape and place on a non stick baking tray.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 mins until lightly browned.
DIPPING SAUCE.
1/4 cup sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lime
Zest of whole lime
1tsp honey
1Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Mix well.
These turkey bites are perfect enjoyed hot or cold or even on a mini gluten free burger bun.
