Homemade Gatorade
If your kids like Gatorade, try having them make their own version. Store in the fridge ready to drink in a pitcher or pour into individual bottles.
Simple Homemade Gatorade
- 1 Cup 100% natural apple juice, grape or lemon juice
- Pinch of kosher or sea salt
- 6 Cups water
- 2 Tablespoons sweetener -*sugar free substitute, honey or white sugar (whichever you like to use at your house)
Add ingredients to a pitcher or large juice bottle and shake until well blended.
*Tip -if you blend with hot water it will help blend your sweetener and salt. Allow to cool and chill in the fridge.
