50g tofu or quorn (or use shrimp or other meat as you choose)
1 diced onion
1/2 bag rice noodled or egg noodles
1/2 a cup of rice (cooked)
2 tbsp of teriyaki or soya sauce
Drizzle of oil
1/2 a juicy red pepper
1/2 a tin of super sweet corn
1 nice handful of bean sprouts
1 (diced) carrot
3 (chopped) mushrooms
Wooden spoon
Measuring spoon
Scale
Tin opener
Wok/frying pan
1 wash your hands
2 Drizzle your oil in your wok or pan and turn on the hob, let the oil heat up.
3 add your tofu or quorn and let it cook, once cooked set to one side.
4 fry up your onions then add your mushrooms, pepper, sweet corn, carrot and beansprouts, and stir for a few minutes.
5 add your tofu or quorn back into the pan followed by the noodles and the rice, stir and add your soya sauce or teryaki sauce stir.
6 plate up and gobble up yummy !
