Ham and Cheese Quiche
Ingredients:
Pie dough
6 eggs
1/2 Cup milk
Shredded cheese
Chopped ham
One of the following vegetables, such as shredded carrots,
shredded zucchini or cooked chopped broccoli, optional
Directions:
In a bowl, add eggs, milk, cheese and ham. Adding as much cheese and
ham as desired. Stir until well blended. Add in vegetables if you
choose. Using a large glass cut pie dough into small circles to fit
into a muffin cup. Place a circle of pie dough into each muffin
hole. Pour egg mixture into each hole. Bake at 375 degrees for about
25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve
with chopped tomatoes, salsa or hot sauce. Add a fruit salad that
kids can help prepare.
Directions:
In a bowl add shredded chicken to milk, eggs, and shredded cheese.
Season with salt and pepper. Blend together and pour into a pie
crust. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned
and knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Topped with tomatoes and baked, optional.
Chicken and Broccoli Quiche
Our Chicken Broccoli Quiche Recipe is a twist on a basic egg quiche
by simply adding chicken and broccoli. It is great for breakfast or
dinner.
Ingredients:
2-3 Cups Chicken, shredded
1 1/2 Cups milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 Cups shredded cheese
1/2 package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
pie crust
Directions:
In a bowl, add shredded chicken to milk, eggs, and shredded
cheese.Stir in unthawed broccoli. If using fresh broccoli steam in
the microwave for about 5 minutes. Then chop.
Season with salt and pepper. Blend together and pour into a pie
crust. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned
and knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Directions:
In a skillet saute spinach and onion in oil. Meanwhile, beat eggs,
cheese and seasonings in bowl. When onions are done allow to cool.
Stir into eggs and pour into a pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees and
bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pizza Quiche
Ingredients:
pie crust
1 Cup shredded mozzarella cheese
pepperoni chunks
ham chunks
1 1/2 Cups milk
4 eggs
2 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon basil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Sprinkle cheese over the pie shell and leave some for the top. Top
pepperoni and ham over the cheese. Leave some for the top as well.
In a mixing bowl, stir milk, eggs, flour and basil together. Season
with salt and pepper. Pour over pepperoni and cheese. Top with
remaining pepperoni, ham and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about
40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Quick Cheese Quiche

Mix 6-8 eggs with 1/4 c. milk and up to 2 c. cheese. Pour into
either pie crust or straight into greased pie pan.
Cook at 350 until set.
Lettuce Cheddar and Burger Quiche
By Robert Quiche Base:
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 cup half & half
2 Tablespoons flour
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Filling:
2 hamburgers chopped
1/3 Cup of diced seeded tomatoes
2 Tablespoons chopped onion
Topping:
1/3 Cup of shredded lettuce
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Whisk together quiche base in a bowl.
Combine the filling and put into bottom of the baking pan.
Pour quiche base over the dry ingredients.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce.
